1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dbjk ("dbjk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbjk website at dbjk.org and all related services, games, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration and Security

• dbjk may apply KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and request supporting identity documents including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Account functionality may be restricted until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dbjk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbjk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the account deposit and withdrawal sections at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. dbjk reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Deposits made using funds that are proceeds of crime, money laundering or any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. dbjk cooperates fully with any relevant investigation and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• dbjk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, for which dbjk bears no responsibility.

dbjk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected, if KYC requirements have not been completed, or if any investigation is ongoing. In such cases, dbjk will contact the player via their registered contact details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dbjk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to your dbjk account upon satisfaction of any stated qualifying conditions (for example, making a minimum qualifying deposit). Bonus funds will not be credited automatically unless the qualifying conditions have been met.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the Service, including placing bets, navigating the platform or exploiting any feature.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disassemble or interfere with any part of the dbjk platform, its servers, databases or security measures in any way.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity. All duplicate accounts will be closed and their balances forfeited.
• Using the Service for any money laundering activity or depositing funds derived from illegal sources. dbjk is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

dbjk reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to appeal the resulting action.

7. Responsible Gaming

dbjk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their activity. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive changes.

dbjk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control, including network outages affecting connectivity in Bangladesh. In such cases dbjk will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.

10. Amendments to These Terms

dbjk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dbjk will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or via the registered contact information associated with their account. Your continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure by contacting dbjk support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dbjk Service shall be first referred to dbjk customer support for resolution. dbjk aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
